Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Low Country Moving Specialists, LLC. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Refund Policy: Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available within 72 hours from the moment of your reservation. If you request a refund after 72 hours have elapsed, the amount paid will no longer be refundable. Credit for Future Moves: If the 72-hour window after booking has passed, the amount paid will be held as credit for future moving services. This credit can be applied to any future reservation with us within a 12-Months. Credits are non-transferable.

Specialty Item Fees: A Specialty Item Fee will apply to items that are categorized as special or unusual for handling. These items include, but are not limited to: Gun Safes, Sleeper Sofas, Pianos, Appliances being moved to or from a second floor or above, and any item weighing more than 200lbs which may be deemed as a specialty item by us upon arrival. These fees will be added in addition to the standard moving charges at the end of your move. The assessment of these specialty items may happen during a phone conversation or encounter on moving day.By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
